Change in Habits

Now that it is a new month, it is time for another change in my "dieting" habits. This month Jayson and I decided to go for a challenge, and begin the one plate of food rule. According to the "book" it does not matter how much food is on your plate just as long as you only have the one plate. No seconds, no snacking between meals, and I am also keeping the idea that started all this, and having no sweets, chocolate, candy, etc. except on Sunday.
I know everyone is probablly tired of hearing about my habits, chocolate weakness and the like, so thanks for bearing with me and in some cases even supporting me. Have a great week, and stay warm!!

Whoa whoa whoa...we can't snack either? I'm gonna have to speak with the sadist who wrote this book. I didn't realize we were on to that part yet. But I did leave 2-3 bites of a really fabulous tasting salad on my plate today.

Not that we can't snack...sorry that came out wrong. Just that we can't snack on things like chocolate, candy bars, ice cream, you know...have sensible snacks. And the leaving bites thing is GREAT, I'm having a tough time with that one. Like I feel like it's a waste, but I'm working on it. Thanks so much for "dieting" with me...YOU ROCK!!
